Sports Therapy utilizes a combination of treatments for their patients including NJ Massage Therapy, Pain management, NJ Acupuncture as resources for sports rehabilitation. These treatments are individualized per patients depending on their injury there are looking to recover from and the sports or daily habits they are committed to. At a physical therapy center, a variety of doctors of different practices also pay close attention to the cultural aspect of their treatments. The Eastern practice of acupuncture includes the relief of pain and release of energy for the athlete in recovery.
NJ Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicinal practice which involves the sticking of needles at precise points to a specific depth in the skin. Often it is used a form of pain management typically for a lower back pain and other musculoskeletal damage in the body. Acupuncturist would categorize these treatments as unusual care, thus giving its popular notion among the media. The claims for NJ Acupuncture, including the number and location of pressure and pain relief points in the body, have changed greatly over the centuries. Certain Western doctors have claimed that there is no scientific evidence base for any of these claims.
The origin of NJ acupuncture is philosophy-based medicine, not science-based medicine. The presumed mechanism for acupuncture, according to the Eastern Philosophy, is that the needles unblock the flow of chi throughout the body. The chi is the considered life energy that works in combination with their body's daily function. In sports physical therapy, acupuncturist in conjunction with NJ Physical Therapist to product a specific routine to help with the recovery and therapeutic resolve of their patients. The NJ Acupuncture points are supposed to corresponds to the pathways through which chi energy flow, relating to specific organs or functions of the body.
In the industry of sports rehabilitation, the components of acupuncture come in two basic ideals – for individuals who promote the medical benefits of going an acupuncturist, and the other individuals who restrict their claims that NJ acupuncture is the source of their relief of pain, nausea, and other symptoms. The actual medical use of NJ acupuncture is the claim that acupuncture can actually treat real medical diseases, like cancer. Those are the individuals who take the placebo effect of acupuncture. These claims are not promoted by an acupuncturist. Instead an acupuncturist promotes the use of his/her specialty in combination with a program that can found in an athletic physical therapy center. NJ acupuncture is dependent entirely on their firm Eastern philosophy, including the flow including the flow of chi. Medical claims of acupuncture is a pseudoscience without any basis in science or evidence and does not require further consideration.
